First Serve

First Serve is about discovering your God-given gifts and how youc an put them to use in ministry at FBC. Our First Serve team helps would-be volunteers examine their spiritual gifts, hearts, abilities, passions, and experiences to find the best place for them to serve.

Ministry Opportunities

First Serve Leader

Our First Serve leaders have a heart for ministry and help would-be volunteers find places to serve based on their gifts. They also guide volunteers through First Serve opportunities, helping them find a ministry that works for them. Time commitment is variable and depends on how many volunteers you work with. First Serve Liaison

With so many ministry opportunities in the church, it's vital we have liaisons between the minstries and the First Serve leaders. Liaisons let the First Serve leader know where there is a need that can be met by a First Serve volunteer -- and lets ministry leaders know when there are volunteeres geared up for a First Serve experience in their area.
